About the role

Elders Intelligence extends credit to farmers and agribusiness operators. This role owns credit analysis, field diligence coordination, and portfolio monitoring for the lending book.

Responsibilities

Assess farm cash-flow, collateral, and harvest-cycle risk.
Structure facilities across working capital, equipment, and input financing.
Coordinate third-party inspections and legal documentation with counsel.
Monitor covenants, repayment, and early-warning indicators across the book.

Requirements

4+ years in agricultural lending, rural credit, or related commercial banking.
Ability to read farm financials and translate them into credit recommendations.
Practical, calm communication with operators and internal investment staff.
Must be based in the United States, Canada, Europe, or Mexico.
