Responsibilities

Ship features across the public website and admin dashboard.
Harden form intake, file storage, and access controls.
Improve performance, observability, and deployment hygiene.
Collaborate with operations on practical tooling rather than speculative platforms.

Requirements

4+ years building production web applications, ideally Next.js.
Experience with MongoDB and file upload pipelines.
Strong product judgement around forms, empty states, and error handling.
Must be based in the United States, Canada, Europe, or Mexico.
