About the role

Our OTC desk helps qualified sellers dispose of BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, and selected majors in size. You will coordinate onboarding, quotes, and settlement with compliance and operations.

Responsibilities

Manage seller onboarding pipelines and document completeness.
Coordinate quote requests, timing windows, and settlement instructions.
Maintain desk logs, exception notes, and client communication records.
Escalate unusual activity to compliance without delay.

Requirements

3+ years on a trading desk, brokerage ops, or digital-asset operations team.
High attention to detail around identity documents and settlement data.
Professional client manner under time pressure.
Must be based in the United States, Canada, Europe, or Mexico.
